Terms and conditions: 1. This sets of rules regulates terms and conditions for customers in relation to using internet café services. All customers are obligated to read this document and follow its conditions. 2. Everyone who has basic computer knowledge in Windows environment and who can use internet browsers can be customer of this café. 3. Every customer is obligated to familiarize with price list of services of Internet Cafe Garinet before using computer. 4. Children 7 years old and under can use computers only when attended by their guardian. 5. All Customers of Internet Café are obligated to follow instructions of proper usage of equipment and to inform immediately Internet Café staff in case of any malfunction, breakage or absence of equipment. 6. Prior using a printer, customer is obligated to inform about it Internet café staff. 7. In case of using CD/DVD burner, Internet Café is not taking responsibility for kind and content of burned materials. 8. Customer is obligated to use internal network and Internet at Internet Café according to technical, social and moral rules. 9. In case of damaging equipment (spillage, breakage) by customer, he/she is responsible to cover expenses of repairing/buying new equipment. 10. All attempts of hacking or unauthorized accessing to servers will cause computer to be switched off immediately. Customer will be responsible for any damages that his/her actions may cause. 11. Customer is obligated to discuss with Internet Café Garinet staff any non standard actions in relation to IP (like PING network address or TraceRouting) 12. Internet Café is not taking responsibility for content of information acquired by customer through internet and if it up to date, copyrighted or restricted in any way. 13. Customer is obligated to respect a copyright of materials found on internet. 14. Customer after installing its own software on computer is obligated to remove it and all the changes that it may cause in the system by the end of using computer. 15. Internet Café staff is not taking any responsibility for lost of any data and files left by customers on computers hard drives. 16. Internet Café staff is not taking any responsibility of items/clothes/children left in Internet Café 17. One computer station can be used by one customer unless Internet Café staff will allow more people to use it. In this case member of staff will provide additional chair. 18. Customer is obligated to use computer station pointed by member of staff. Member of staff or customer can ask for change of computer station caused by technical or organizational reasons. 19. Internet Café staff in certain situations has right to deny customer to access computers and ask customer to leave premises of Internet Café. (ex. When customer is too loud or not sober) 20. It is forbidden to drink alcohol, smoke and use bad language at the Internet Café premises. 21. Customer can be brought to for full criminal, civil and substantial law responsibility In case of not following terms and conditions of Internet Klub Garinet. Attention: In response for illegal transactions of some of the users, allegro.pl web page has been blocked. A value is required.
